The morning drop off is the same as in the past. Afternoon pickup will follow the attached instructions.

Today was Mrs. Long’s last day after a 23+ year career with Fillmore Elementary. Thank you for all you have done over the years for hundreds of students, family, and staff members. Big shoes to fill for our next secretary/treasurer. We wish you the best in your retirement!

Today was a great opportunity for our students to be involved with the Putnam County Mural Project. You can get involved with the project as well!
The Putnam County Mural Project needs YOUR support in making the 2022 Putnam County Mural Festival happen. They need to raise $25,000 within the community by June 5 to receive a $25,000 match through Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority's CreatINg places program. The Fillmore mural and the other four murals across the county are completely crowdfunded through this program. The matching grant places an emphasis on donor numbers over gift amounts, so any amount will help.

The Putnam County Health Department is offering Back to School vaccinations.
Holly Sims will be the artist for the mural across from Fillmore Elementary. She shared her dream of becoming a painter when she was a 3rd grader.
Our students got a surprise today- the Putnam County Mural Project visited Fillmore Elementary and shared that next fall there will be a mural painted on Tom’s Cookies. The students got a chance to see other murals and give input for the mural that will be across the street. We were so grateful for the chance to be a part of this project.
