2021 - 2022 Registration Information 

To register a returning student to South Putnam Community School Corporation:

Online Registration:
Online registration will begin Monday, July 26, 2021. Parents/guardians of current students may register online using the Harmony online tool on any computer or internet-capable digital device.  An instruction sheet is linked here.
All mandatory state and corporation forms are included in the online registration and must be completed. Online registration must be completed by 3:00pm on Monday, August 9th. Please direct questions regarding registration or requests for a Harmony username and password to Gretchen Wallace at  

In-Person Registration:
Parent/guardians of returning students in the corporation needing help or access to a computer can register during one of the following times:

South Putnam Middle School-High School
Monday, August 2nd from 12:00 - 7:00 pm
Tuesday, August 3rd from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm (closed for lunch from 11:30 - 12:30)

To register New Students to the South Putnam Community School Corporation:

Students new to the corporation who are entering middle school and high school must call South Putnam Middle School-High School at 765.653.3148 to schedule an appointment to register. Prior to registration, new middle and high school students must complete an Intent to Enroll/Request Transfer form.


  • Parents may pay all fees online using a credit or debit card.
  • Parents should make every effort to register during the registration days. If this is not possible, contact your student's school to make arrangements.
  • For parents who may qualify for free and reduced lunches and textbooks, applications are available during online registration. Go to the South Putnam School Corporation website>Departments>Food Services and the Free and Reduced Application for the current year is listed as well as the instruction form.  Applications can be printed off our website, or you may pick one up at South Putnam High School-Middle School Main Office. 
  • Students must also register annually in the One2One damage waiver program prior to receiving his or her Chromebook device. Once on the One2One site, click "Enroll My Device." 
  • Students with schedule conflicts or questions should contact the Middle-High School Main Office at 765.653.3148 to talk to a guidance counselor, or email Mr. Gardner at  
  • Student  drivers may obtain a $5.00 parking space permit once registration is completed.  Parking permits must be picked up from the Middle-High School Main Office in person. 
  • Middle school and high school students will receive instruction from their teachers as to what school supplies are needed within the first couple of days of school.
